Jumiso Have A Good Cream Snail and Centella

Popped open my new Hello Skin Jumiso Have A Good Cream Snail and Centella, as the one I’m currently using is almost empty already and won’t look as good in a photo😂 Recently I saw a post on Chemist Confessions about scientific data on centella asiatica extract, and they mentioned that one should not settle for product with less than 0.1 centella/madecassoside/asiaticoside. So I looked up the amount of centella asiatica extract (it should be extract, not just the leaf water) in one of my favorite centella asiatica products, and I was delighted to find that my Jumiso Have A Good Cream contains 1.05% centella asiatica extract (6th on the ingredient list)😍 It also has concentrated derivatives of centella asiatica: madecasosside (anti-inflammatory, calming, repairing, refining), asiaticoside (for water-oil balance, helps with collagen formation), and asiatic acid (an antioxidant, strengthens the skin barrier). No wonder it’s so good!

Aside from centella, the Jumiso Have A Good Cream also contains snail secretion filtrate, which is another one of my favorite skincare ingredients, as it works amazingly at improving the skin’s overall appearance. But what’s notable about this snail cream is that it leaves absolutely no tacky residue. I’ve heard of a few people who had given up on snail creams despite their remarkable effects, because they didn’t like its tacky finish. But this cream is not tacky or sticky at all! It is so lightweight, quickly absorbed, dries down nicely, layers up beautifully, and even has a cooling effect to boot. It also has a soothing effect, so it comes in handy whenever my skin is acting up. It seems to help with my oiliness, too, as I don’t oil up as much whenever I use this cream. I particularly enjoy using my Jumiso Have A Good Cream in my daytime routine, as it’s super lightweight yet hydrating and moisturizing enough. This can also be used at night, of course, but personally I prefer something more heavy duty at bedtime.

Aside from centella and snail mucin, other remarkable ingredients in this Jumiso Have A Good Cream are humectants, like butylene glycol, glycerin, trehalose, sodium hyaluronate, and panthenol. It also contains arginine (anti-wrinkle), squalane (emollient), as well as skin-conditioning and soothing agents allantoin and beta glucan. See full ingredient list with analysis on CosDNA.
